Where do the animals come from?
Most of the animals at BBR come from Craigslist, OfferUp, or Facebook Marketplace being rehomed in unsuitable conditions. Some animals are surrendered by their owners or pet stores.
How much does it cost to adopt?
Bettas are $10 and other adoption fees vary on the animal.
What kind of animals can you take in?
I specialize in small topical fish, but I can also accommodate small mammals, reptiles, and amphibians. I am not currently accepting hermit crabs or cold water fish.
